World Snooker Championship is going to start in Thailand from July 11 to 17. It is the leading professional snooker tournament in terms of both prize money and ranking points. Players from 20 countries will participate. Pakistan Billiard and Snooker Association has named a two-member Pakistan team to feature in World Snooker championship.
Shahid Aftab and Mohammad Sajid from Pakistan will be taking part in the game. Aftab has good prospects in the event as he had earlier reached the quarter finals of the Asian snooker championship held in India.
